Focus groups

We undertake focus group research in UK and international markets.  Our experienced in-house team (UK) or our global partners (international) moderate both B2B and B2C groups.

All arrangements for the groups are completed in-house, including recruitment (see below), venue advice and hire, administering of incentives, and provision of prompt materials.

Recruitment

We are frequently commissioned to recruit respondents – notably hard to reach audiences – for research to be conducted by other agencies and consultants.

Our in-house specialist recruitment team is exceptional at delivering high turnout focus groups with the most challenging audiences in B2C or B2B.  We are also skilled at recruiting and arranging depth interview programmes for other research professionals.

Urban Interviewing

We have a dedicated street intercept and door knocking interview team for completing research in city centre environments.  The team is experienced at achieving representative sample surveys with urban residents.  

Local government clients, like Southwark Borough Council, Lewisham Borough Council, Surrey Councty Council and commercial organisations like BT, utilise RSM’s skills in this area.
