RSM’s Client Workspace provides our clients with secure and convenient access to project materials and deliverables e.g.:
• Raw data: (html/ Excel/ *.sss/ *.ascii/ SPSS etc.)
• Tabulated data: (html/ Excel/ Word/ *.pdf etc.)
• Charts/ KPIs: (html/ *.ppt)
• Audio recordings: (for CATI)
• Research materials (e.g. questionnaire, translations, briefing notes, audio-visual prompts.)
• Other resources: (e.g. schedule, quota and sample reports etc.)
24 hour access provides complete flexibility and saves time liaising with Project Managers. The Client Workspace is particularly appropriate for studies where regular access to updated files is required, or in instances where secure transfer of data is particularly important.
