RSM currently has an opportunity for a Recruitment Manager

What is the role?

The successful applicant will be responsible for all field recruitment needs in a busy, fast paced market research call centre environment including:

  • Ensuring the RSM field room is successfully resourced with quality CATI interviewers, field researchers, recruiters and coders.
  • Booking in field teams and maintaining a culture of reliability and commitment amongst all field staff.
  • Helping develop creative new recruiting ideas.
    Providing assistance in other fieldwork management areas where required.

Key skills and attributes required

  • Experience of a market research call centre, preferably to at least supervisor level.
  • A calm and organised approach with an ability to effectively manage workload in a busy environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
    A tactful and sensitive approach.
  • The ability to work on your own in initiative.
    Good IT skills.
  • Some knowledge of UK employment legislation is beneficial.
