RSM currently has an opportunity for a Recruitment Manager
What is the role?
The successful applicant will be responsible for all field recruitment needs in a busy, fast paced market research call centre environment including:
- Ensuring the RSM field room is successfully resourced with quality CATI interviewers, field researchers, recruiters and coders.
- Booking in field teams and maintaining a culture of reliability and commitment amongst all field staff.
- Helping develop creative new recruiting ideas.
Providing assistance in other fieldwork management areas where required.
Key skills and attributes required
- Experience of a market research call centre, preferably to at least supervisor level.
- A calm and organised approach with an ability to effectively manage workload in a busy environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
A tactful and sensitive approach.
- The ability to work on your own in initiative.
Good IT skills.
- Some knowledge of UK employment legislation is beneficial.
